If my refund gets validated, how and when will I get reimbursed?

After we finish the quality control of your returned purchase, the repayment process begins. The method of quality management will take one to two days from the moment the item is received. Once quality monitoring is complete, we will inform you of the progress.

As a refund, you can either demand your store’s credit reimbursement coupon for your returned item or apply for a full refund in cash. If a credit voucher is valid on a store, you can use the credit voucher on the website to buy the new total. In the event a cash rebate can either be returned to the bank account through an automatic bank transfer or via a cheque to your address. The repayment is based in compliance with the sum.

When shopping with credit cards, refunds may be claimed either as a rebate coupon for a reimbursement shop or through a switch.

What is a Refund Voucher?

A refund voucher is the same value return function as the value charged for the returned object.

At check-out, you can use a reimbursement coupon to discount the next bought voucher. It will be applied for many sales (if the purchase price is more than the value of the repayment incentive) before the balance of the reimbursement bonus amount is Rs.0.

During this time, a rebate coupon is available for 180 days, which expires and cannot be used, you have to use the voucher.

How do I use my Refund Voucher?

If you have been issued a Refund Voucher, you will receive a discount voucher code via email.

Please enter this code in the discount code box and click “Apply Code” during checkout at payment step. A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount. 

If my returned product is not validated for refund, how do I get informed?

If your return is invalid, you will be called to explain the problem and return the item(s). Our distribution will be arranged. Please be sure to receive the item at your doorstep at the right time. If distribution does not happen, we will keep your items for a duration of 30 days that you will receive in our office.

I have bought an item on promotion or with a Discount Code. What amount will you refund me?

For items purchased on sale, if a refund is allowed on the sale item, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid for the item, and not its original value.

For example: If you purchased an item on sale for Rs. 500 and its original value was Rs. 1000, we will refund you Rs. 500 only.

If you purchased an item with a Refund voucher, we will refund you the sum of the amount you paid (including the amount of the refund voucher used).
